Envelope is a package type for light, flat items sent in an envelope. It covers letters, cards, small documents and slim items that do not need a box, a padded mailer or pallet handling.

Envelopes are sorted, protected and delivered through the same tracked network as parcels and documents, so a small item gets the same visibility as a larger one. Delivery is confirmed at handover, and tracking follows the envelope at each stage.

Envelope shipments suit personal letters and cards, small business correspondence, and light documents that need a simple, economical tracked delivery.
